NGC 6742

Constellation Draco

 

A faint circular blue disc of diameter about 33 arcseconds. There is a star on one side of
the disc but this is probably foreground. Otherwise no central star is visible and
the disc is without features. Quite difficult to capture. This image taken with the "galaxy" setting.
 Noise reduction in Neat Image and some histogram and gamma adjustment. 
Cat magnitude is 15.
